2. Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CRMove service available at crmove.app (“the Service”). By registering or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation.

3. Service Description

CRMove is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that allows users with a compatible CRM account (including Plezi) to export their contacts and engagement history in CSV format, independently and securely.

Features include:

  • Connecting to a CRM account using API credentials provided by the user
  • Exporting contacts and engagement history in CSV format
  • Real-time progress tracking
  • Secure file download via private link
  • Email notification upon export completion

4. Registration and Access

Access to the Service requires creating a personal account at crmove.app. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Each account is strictly personal and may not be shared or transferred to a third party. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

CRMove reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

5. Plans and Pricing

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Contact limits per export may be adjusted by the administrator.

6. Payment

Payments for paid plans are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment platform. CRMove does not store any payment card data.

Each payment grants access to the chosen plan for 30 days from the date of payment. Access is not renewed automatically — renewal is at the user’s initiative.

Renewing the same plan before expiry extends your current access by 30 days — remaining days are preserved. Switching to a different plan replaces your current plan with 30 fresh days from the date of payment; any remaining days on the previous plan are not carried over.

No refunds are issued for partially used access periods, except where required by law.

7. Term and Termination

These Terms are entered into for an indefinite period from the date of registration.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting contact@crmove.app. Cancellation results in the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

CRMove reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice in the event of:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive use of the Service
  • Non-payment

8. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable law
  • Not attempt to circumvent the technical limitations of the Service
  • Hold the necessary rights to use the CRM API credentials you provide
  • Not export data for which you do not have the required rights or authorizations
  • Not use the Service for any illegal purpose, including in violation of applicable data protection laws

You are solely responsible for the data you export and the use you make of it.

9. Personal Data (GDPR)

CRMove processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data collected by CRMove

  • Email address and login credentials
  • Plan and access information
  • Payment history (via Stripe)
  • Technical logs for debugging purposes (automatically deleted)

CRM data processed in transit

API credentials provided by the user are stored solely to enable exports. Generated CSV files are retained for 24 hours on the server, then automatically deleted. CRMove does not share this data with third parties.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. Requests can be sent to: contact@crmove.app. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Confidentiality of CRM Credentials

CRM API credentials entered in CRMove are your exclusive property. CRMove undertakes not to use them for any purpose other than providing the Service you requested.

11. Service Availability

CRMove strives to keep the Service available 24/7. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or due to events outside CRMove’s control. CRMove shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a service interruption.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” CRMove shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss resulting from service unavailability
  • Inaccuracies in data exported from the user’s CRM
  • Improper use of the Service by the user
  • Interruption of the source CRM’s API (Plezi or other)

CRMove’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the current billing month.

13. Intellectual Property

The CRMove Service, including its source code, interface, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

14. Changes to These Terms

CRMove reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes by email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings. Failing that, the courts with jurisdiction over Lyon, France shall apply.
